Illya’s Concession is a Native American woman owned and operated business in our
fifthteenth year operation. We began in 1997 serving only Funnel Cakes. We
decided to expand the business with Smoked Turkey Legs, Ribbon Fries and Ice Cold
Lemonade. We are committed to quality products, excellent customer service and
dependability. One taste of our products and you will know why we are invited back
year after year.

I am known as "the funnel cake lady" and my husband is known as "the turkey leg
