Illya’s Concession is a Native American woman owned and operated business in our
tenth year operation. We began in 1998 serving only Funnel Cakes. We decided to
expand the business with Smoked Turkey Legs, Ribbon Fries and Fresh Squeezed
Lemonade. We are committed to quality products, excellent customer service and
dependability. One taste of our products and you will know why we are invited back
year after year.
